The Silent Majority Needs to Stop Being Silent

For years we have heard about the silent majority and I have wondered as of late why must they remain silent. It’s reported that President Nixon first used the term back in the sixties. Then another popular term arose ten years later called the moral majority, which I might add, has also remained silent. On the other hand, it is the fringe groups of heathenisms that we hear the most about, leading many to think that they are the majority. Well, they are not! So, it’s past time! The silent majority needs to stop being silent. A very wise person once said, “It’s far easier to kill a terrorist than to slay an ideology …”. What we are fighting and need to raise our voice about is education, because an ideology is built and maintained with education. This has been proved time and again by teaching young children to hate the enemies of the host country, allowing the cycle of hatred to continue for years. What can we do to let our voices be heard above the crowd? More importantly, can our voices bring about change before it’s too late? With God’s guidance we will attempt to answer these two questions.

Liking, commenting, and sharing amongst ourselves simply won’t be enough to change anything. Moreover, if our only influence is on Facebook, we will never change the ideology in this country and the world. We must change public education and the entertainment industry. We must take back our children or all will be lost. God told His people the importance of raising our children correctly. The Bible says, “Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it” (Proverbs 22:6). The problem is we no longer raise our children in the way they should go. What we have done is to turn them over to the State allowing the State to raise them. When the State is not raising them then we have allowed them to sit in front of the TV set allowing the entertainment industry to continue raising them. There is no wonder that this country is in such a mess. They have indoctrinated our children from the cradle to adulthood while we sat idly by doing nothing to stop it. What this has created is a whole population of mindless automatons. Let me explain.

I have had face to face conversations with these people raised by the State. On the surface they appear very intelligent. They have memorized most of what they have learned and can quote it verbatim. However, I soon discovered they had no real depth or understanding on what they were quoting. They simply were parroting what their professors had said. In response, we must speak loudly and close our eyes and ears to their canned rhetoric and propaganda. Stop listening. Stop your ears. Why do you post or repeat their nonsense? Why do you read it? Have you tricked your mind into believing that you must understand the secret powers of darkness? Be careful otherwise you will be led astray by assimilating what you think makes sense. No wonder so many so-called Christians have such a mixed bag of theology. Believe me there is enough to keep you busy for two life time’s just understanding the depth of God’s truth with no mixture of error. There is enough to keep you busy applying that truth to your life so that you can be all that God wants you to be. Growing from one degree of glory to another will keep you busy for the rest of your life.

Let me ask you a question. How are your children and grandchildren doing? You noticed I did not ask you how’s their relationship with the church and its activities. I did not ask you how well they are doing with their secular studies. I did not ask you how they are doing with keeping their room clean and their obedience to you. No, what I am asking you is, how is their Spiritual growth coming along? This Spiritual growth MUST start at the earliest age possible. Yes, they too can learn how to speak to God and how to listen to His voice through the Spirit. They can learn early on what pleases God and how not to grieve the Holy Spirit. Their Spiritual upbringing will give them a completely different world view. It will teach them what God expects. It will teach them why obedience to His commands will keep them safe and allow them to live life to its fullest. They will soon discover that God has truly given them EVERYTHING they need for life and godliness.

Believe me they will never learn these things in the world. In fact, the world will teach them if they hear the voice of God they will need psychological counsel and drugs to cure their problem. The world fears what it does not understand. Instead of allowing a person to become a new creature truly transformed by the indwelling Spirit they will do everything in their power to stop the transformation. They will offer your children different alternatives. They will be taught that they can change their sex if they don’t like who they are, thus condoning the transgender lifestyle. They teach them that it is acceptable to have two daddies’ or two mommies’ thus condoning homosexuality. They teach them that their ultimate authority is the State and if they feel uncomfortable they can stop listening to their biological parents. They teach them that it’s ok to choose whatever religion that most interest them. They will even allow them to experiment by learning about the religion of Islam. In fact, they can become whatever they want as long as it conforms to the social norms. Friends, we must redeem our children and grandchildren before it’s too late. Believe me this will only get worse if we remain silent. It is time: the silent majority needs to stop being silent. I will take it a step further it’s time to boycott public education and everything coming out of Hollywood. God give us strength to stand firm.

Coming Now! No Escape from Tribulation

We have all heard the doomsday prophets. We have all heard about the coming tribulation. We have all heard about a coming world war, a meteor falling from the sky, or a worldwide pandemic, but what we haven’t heard is what’s happening now. Very little is spoken about the trials and tribulations that’s effecting the world right now, where most are facing very tragic circumstances beyond what they can handle or in a life of bondage stripping them of all hope. The struggles are great. Many wonder how much more can they handle. Fear has gripped the world. Islamic terrorism, murders, riots, regional wars, and natural disasters are only the tip of the iceberg on what’s really effecting humanity. Humanity is about to explode and there is nothing they can do about it. We can blame it on the current administration or many other things such as global warming, but the real blame is much deeper than what most will admit.

Our current trials and tribulations are deeper than what we will admit. The world is at a breaking point, which few realize. Signs of it can be seen when people start stabbing people in the throat or mowing them down with a truck. Signs of it can be seen when most of the population no longer trust those in power. Not just President Donald Trump, but his entire staff are coming under scrutiny. Not just Trump, but many other world leaders are having their integrity questioned. Accusations are flying at the speed of light. It seems like everyone is against someone else causing not only tremendous controversy, but frayed nerves and countless demonstrations. Signs of it can be seen when most people no longer trust what’s being reported. The local news has become the fake news and nearly everything written on the internet or social media is now questioned. The world has gone mad and it only appears to be getting worse.

Dear friends, there is a lot of people hurting and it’s only getting worse. We don’t need all the catastrophes to usher in trials and tribulations, for most, its already here. So, what’s causing all the pandemonium? While much of it can be attributed to Satan who is standing behind the scene tugging on the thought strings of all the world’s leaders leading them to make irrational decisions and creating an environment that will perpetuate sin and immorality, that’s not the whole story. Many no longer trust in God to deliver them from their suffering and turmoil and have struck out on their own strength to get the world’s counsel and psychiatric drugs to solve their many problems. In their great strength, they have now become weak caught in a web of deceit and bondage to the likes of Satan. The Bible says, “Even the youths shall faint and be weary, and the young men shall utterly fall” (Isaiah 40:30). They have fallen because they no longer trust in God to deliver them from their self-imposed bondage. They no longer trust in God to give them what they need to stand up under their pain and suffering, caused in large part by a world gone mad. They no longer trust in God to deliver them from the power of sin. Many Christians in the world today feel that God has forgotten them, so they have taken matters into their own hands to solve their multitude of problems. For those who want to take matters into their own hands without waiting upon the Lord will fall flat on their face.

I have good news. God has not forgotten you. He knows your struggles. He sees the unpaid bills, He sees the medical problems, He understands your emotional problems, He knows about your fear; God has not forgotten you. The Bible says, “But they that wait upon the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint” (Isaiah 40:31). This is a wonderful promise from the Bible for those who wait upon the Lord. The question is how do we wait upon the Lord? It’s a two-part question. The first part is we don’t rush ahead on our own strength seeking to solve the problem on our own. When tragedy strikes, when circumstances are out of control, that’s typically what we do if we are honest, seek to solve the problem on our own. We might offer a short prayer, but rarely do we wait for an answer before decisions are made.

Waiting is a hard thing to do! The answer to the second part of the question is to not to give up, but to persevere through trials and tribulations. But let those trials and tribulations not be a result of our own doing. We often worsen the matter by making the wrong decision. Any decision to commit immorality, such as lying to overcome trials and tribulations will only worsen matters, because it excludes God. To exclude God puts us on very shaky ground, not only at odds with God, but with the establishment tasked to uphold the law. To face trials and tribulations without God brings you face to face with many temptations from an evil world. Temptations if followed up on will drive you further away from God and alone to deal with your suffering. It’s hard to wait upon God, but not impossible. It takes faith believing that God has not forgotten you. That in His time before you are tested beyond what you can handle, He will be there.

We must learn how to take hold of God’s strength to endure the trial. To take hold of God’s strength is to believe that nothing can destroy us. Nothing can take away our prize. Nothing can separate us from the love of God and all that He has planned for us. It’s when we believe this, really believe it, that are strength is renewed. Remember what the Bible says, “But they that wait upon the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint” (Isaiah 40:31). Miraculously the strength will come when we turn back to God and put our trust in Him alone. You will feel so strong that you can mount up with wings as eagles, to rise above your difficulties. As we do we can see, that are difficulties are not quite as bad as we originally thought. If fact, from God’s perspective they are not difficult at all. If He can hold everything together, which He can, then He can surely solve our most difficult problems.

The Bible says, “We shall run, and not be weary, and we shall walk and not be faint.” Trials and tribulations have a way of knocking us down. As grief turns into depression and stress turns into anxiety most are not capable of thinking straight let alone solving problems. The easy way out for many is turning to the world’s counselors to get a prescription of the latest mind-altering drug where thinking is no longer a necessity. Why run when you can sit? Why walk when you can lay down, in your bed all day long. Dear children, this is not God’s way. He would have you to face your trials and tribulations like a man. Gird up your loins and face whatever adversity that comes your way. If it’s persecution then Christ has promised to give us the words to speak at that very moment. The Bible also says, “Thou therefore gird up thy loins, and arise, and speak unto them all that I command thee: be not dismayed at their faces, lest I confound thee before them” (Jeremiah 1:17). Friends, when we do not allow it to overcome us then we shall run, and not be weary, and we shall walk and not be faint. Friends, trials and tribulations are here, there is no escaping that fact, we must learn to stand up under them.

The Immortal Message of Easter

On Easter morn, we are drawn back to the message of the Cross that all-encompassing will of God. We are catapulted beyond the simple historical message of Christ’s death, burial, and resurrection to the infinite heights of God’s will for our life in Christ Jesus. If we only see the historical event steeped in tradition then we have missed the message. In the Apostle Paul’s farewell message to the Ephesian elders he declared, “For I have not shunned to declare unto you all the counsel of God” (Acts 20:27). And the starting place in this wonderful journey in understanding the whole will of God is by following the admonition of Christ to pick up our cross and follow Him. The Bible says, “And he said to them all, If any man will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross daily, and follow me” (Luke 9:23). To pick up the cross means death. It simply cannot mean anything else. It is a conscious decision to follow Christ in His death by dying to self. As we enter the dark night of our soul we discover that everything of the old sin nature must die. Every vestige of pride must be nailed to the cross. Every glimmer of self-will must die with Christ. Through faith in Christ our death to self becomes a reality. Step by step we are able to put off the old life. Continue reading The Immortal Message of Easter

The Crucible of Brotherly Love

We all know that the hallmark of true Christianity is love. Love for God and love for our fellow man and especially for our brother or sister in Christ. Jesus Christ was our greatest example of this kind of love. He fought against the vicious wolves of His day who were destroying the sheep with their human traditions and false doctrine. He stood toe to toe with them not to win an argument, but to protect those who were put into His care by the Heavenly Father. For the sake of the sheep He confronted the blind guides, He argued against the established order, and exposed their dangerous doctrines that kept people in bondage to their human traditions. His love was so great that He healed the sick, cured horrible diseases, made whole the lame, restored eyesight to the blind, and drove out demons that were holding people in bondage. His love was so great for all of His followers that He spent many hours every day teaching the truth about life and liberty. Not only did He want to restore the broken bodies and free their minds from their enslavement to the devil, but He also wanted them to experience the new life – a bountiful life free from anxiety and the stresses of everyday life. Finally, He paid the ultimate price by offering His life as an atoning sacrifice for all those who believe. His love did not stop there, but He made good on His promise to send the Comforter to lead His followers into all truth by reminding them of all that He taught them concerning the new life.  He counted the cost and fulfilled His mission. A Word of Prophecy

This article for today is a Word of Prophecy, which I personally receive back in December of 2013, which I still feel is very relevant for today. This is the dawning of a new day. The world is on the brink of new discoveries that will affect every person living on the planet. A discovery so significant that it will promise mankind something he has only envisioned for thousands of years. A discovery so remarkable that it will allow mankind to realize his full potential both physically and mentally. A discovery so credible that it guarantees to control man’s bad behavior and his horrendous acts of lawlessness. This is welcome relief to a world that has suffered greatly under the weight of mass murder and school shootings. This discovery will be hailed as the greatest miracle ever recorded in the history of humanity. What appeared to be dead is now considered to be alive and therefore the whole world is amazed and flock to the one who makes this discovery available to the whole world. The Bible says speaking of the last days, “And deceiveth them that dwell on the earth by means of those miracles which he had power to do in the sight of the beast; saying to them that dwell on the earth, that they should make an image to the beast, which had the wound by a sword, and did live” (Revelation 13:14).
